Today is the 2nd Anniversary of the death of my beloved brother Shawn Cavanagh.

He was a very kind, generous + gentle soul (and a talented Marathon runner as you can see) and is dearly missed every day.

Thanks to everyone who keeps him in your thoughts.

Today is the Anniversary of the loss of my beloved brother Shawn Cavanagh.
This photo - taken at the front of his grade 1 class - conveys the very special + gentle soul he was.
He is dearly missed everyday.

Honouring my Brother Shawn

Last August I lost my brother Shawn Cavanagh. 
Shawn was an incredible person and also an elementary school teacher + gifted marathon runner.
This weekend his memory is being honoured with a memorial run in Mississauga organized by Garthwood Public school - where he taught for 18 years.
Friends and family along with many of his former students will be running.
All proceeds will go to CAMH. More info can be found here.
