Back in the studio: Printing new kitchen icons prints

The past three days I've been printing up 4 new kitchen icons prints. (These are the prints I'll be giving away for my Valentine's Give Away) Below some photos from the inky process.

Some fave bits = the 2 pillows from Turkey, the Kuba cloth on couch from Tanzania
and the pine side table which was being thrown out by my neighbour!  I rescued it and upgraded it with new handles from Lee Valley. (You know what they say... Handles are the jewelry of furniture!)

Fave bits = Bev Hisey Moroccan rug + my IKEA Expediet bookshelf/room divider.

New work: Wedding cake

In preparation for SURTEX I'm preparing several new greeting card images.

Here is a new wedding congrats card I completed yesterday.

Above is the reference I used for the illustration. 

I thot this cake was just divine.  

I ADORED the lattice + spriggy bits which were inspiring and very fun to draw.
